Brian M. Goff is the President of Insurance Solutions. In this role Mr. Goff is in charge of sales and strategic planning at the employee benefits firm that is based in Annapolis, MD. Mr. Goff has been working in this capacity for the last 10 years and specializes in the finance, delivery, communication and compliance of group health benefits.
Mr. Goff has been in the employee benefits industry since 1993. He started his 20 year career at MAMSI Health Plans where he started in sales and was subsequently promoted to run regional offices in Hagerstown, MD and Charlotte, NC. His experience in this capacity includes sales and marketing, strategic planning, regulatory affairs and underwriting.
Mr. Goff is from Olney, MD and graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Marketing. Prior to this, he spent 3 years light infantry in the U.S. Army stationed out of Ft. Ord, CA. Mr. Goff is very active in the Annapolis community chairing various committees and currently resides in Annapolis, MD with his wife and two sons.
As a licensed Life, Accident, and Health Insurance broker/consultant with over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Pam works with employers on all aspects of their health and welfare plans. She has an extensive background in managing employee benefit programs for a variety of industries including technology, financial institutions, municipalities, and healthcare. Pam enjoys the diversity of responsibilities that comes with running all aspects of Insurance Solutions, where she has been part of the team since 1995. Pam proudly serves as a board member for the Y of Central Maryland-Anne Arundel chapter and on the Leadership Anne Arundel Flagship Class Selection Committee. Pam has served on several events committees for organizations, such as the Annapolis and Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce, Hospice of the Chesapeake, Maryland Seafood Festival, and Y of Central Maryland. She is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Anne Arundel and a 1994 graduate of the Institute for Organizational Development. Pam spends her free time traveling, exercising, reading, and spending time with friends and family, which includes husband, Dan, and their five children.
Larry brings 40 years of employee benefits experience to Insurance Solutions, including 19 years at a major insurance carrier. Larry is well equipped to provide advice on the design and implementation of all aspects of employee benefit plans. He firmly believes that the quality and commitment of our staff, combined with the company’s ability to embrace evolving technology, makes Insurance Solutions a powerhouse — exactly the type of benefits partner companies need in today’s complex business environment.
Larry has a degree in Management from the University of South Florida and has completed a condensed General Management Development program with professors from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He recently received MAHU’s Person of the Year Award, as well as the Distinguished Graduate Award from Leadership Anne Arundel, the highest honor it awards. He has been married to his wife, Liz, for 30 years; they have two sons, Trip and Cameron. In his spare time, Larry enjoys playing golf, boating, and reading, and is an automobile enthusiast.
Jon Frank is a licensed plan advisor with over 35 years' experience in employer-sponsored benefit plans, including 10 years as a human resources director for Calvert Memorial Hospital and 27 years as an agency principal. He has advised hundreds of companies on the design and plan management of employee benefit plans. A recognized innovator, Jon is an expert in consumer driven health plans integrated with tax free spending accounts. Jon is active in Maryland health care reform serving on numerous State and industry advisory committees. Jon is a long time member of the Maryland Association of Health Underwriters and was elected to that organization’s Hall of Fame in 2008. Jon has a B.A. in Sociology from Western Maryland College and M.A. in Health Care Management from Central Michigan University. He achieved Fellowship in the American College of Health Care Executives in 2007.
Beth has been with Insurance Solutions since 2004 and brought with her 16 years of experience in the health insurance industry. She provides Insurance Solutions’ clients with HR and compliance assistance and works to ensure they are accurately administering their benefit plans. Beth also serves as an internal resource by answering questions regarding HR and compliance related issues. Beth earned her degree in Education from Framingham State College. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, taking long walks around Annapolis, reading and spending time with her husband, Stan, and their two daughters, Sara and Sydney.
Jenn came to Insurance Solutions in 2007 with 14 years of benefits consulting experience, having served clients ranging in size from individuals to large corporations. As a licensed Life and Health Agent, she takes pride in providing superior personalized customer service, staying current on new industry trends and negotiating with carriers for the best rate and benefits possible for her clients. Jenn truly enjoys being “part of the solution” at Insurance Solutions. She received her degree in Health Science and Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, in 1995. Jenn spends her free time with her husband, George, and their two children, Allison and Maxwell, in addition to entertaining, cooking, reading, and being out on the water.
